As a Creative
Strategy Manager for Target Interactive, I collaborated within a matrixed organization to ensure that all interactive outreach, including
brand and campaign sitelets, emails, banner ads, and related Target.com
and Amazon infrastructure efforts resulted in increased
revenue and brand awareness. Hired to drive these initiatives in the
spirit of Target's well-known customer experience, I oversaw
the internal and agency copy, design, IA, usability, production and trafficking efforts and
resources behind these endeavors to ensure final success.
