ADC is a global, multi-billion-dollar producer
of telecommunications hardware, software and services for companies
such as Verizon Wireless, Qwest and US Cellular, headquartered in
Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
As the Web Marketing Director for ADC's
customer-facing web properties and e-commerce efforts, I drove and
defined online awareness, lead-generation, revenue and cost-savings
results across ADC's award-winning externally-facing web properties.
Ongoing collaboration with nearly all global business and functional
units across ADC as well as ADC customers and partners was key to
success.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of eleven web resources, oversaw user interface,
user experience, visual design, content and front-end development
for all ADC customer-facing web properties including: ADC.com
global, Partner Portal, E-Learning environment, campaign sitelets,
e-commerce environment and online self service tools. Engaged
closely with IT teams for enterprise integration and collaborated
closely with global business leaders and business units on all
